Redstart's lunch

One of the days I was waiting for the Hooded Warbler to show up, I got to watch an American Redstart have a quick lunch. I love this kind of thing.

I can't quite figure out what she's eating. I thought at first it was a cranefly, but it's really not. Not a mosquito, either, I don't think.

Let's try shaking it to quiet it down
